This year’s red wines have good body, colour and excellent acidity. Alcoholic levels were slightly lower than the previous year, resulting in very balanced wines with good tannins, very smooth and creamy.

VINIFICATION
Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, handpicked to 20 kg crates. After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel vats over 9 days with a daily “delestage”. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages in second and third year French oak barrels.
