The generous, soft and flavoured filling is one of the key elements to the success of this Portuguese delicacy.
Our DOM Bucho is already cooked, just reheat it in the oven at 200º, wrapped in aluminium foil, for approximately 20 minutes.
Served with homemade French fries and salad. DOM appétit!
