From 10 to 14 March 2023, the products and companies participating in the project TERRAS ALTAS DE PORTUGAL 2.0 – International Valorization of the Agri-Food Sector were publicised at INTERNORGA 2023, one of the largest International Trade Fairs in hospitality, restaurant, and catering, which took place at Hamburg Messe und Congress, in Germany.

During the 5 days of the Fair, hundreds of professionals visited the TAP stand, interested in getting to know and obtaining information about the products on display from the regions of Beira Baixa, Beiras and Serra da Estrela, Viseu Dão Lafões, Douro and Terras de Trás-os-Montes.

INTERNORGA 2023 was attended by 80,000 visitors over the 5 days of the fair, 1,100 exhibitors in 11 pavilions, and confirmed its international hegemony as the main fair in the agri-food sector for the Horeca channel.

The presence of the Terras Altas de Portugal project publicised and gave the products of the associated companies to taste to visitors and exhibitors at the fair, had B2B meetings and attracted around 60 direct contacts from companies interested in the products from these regions and with business potential.

Therefore, this participation enabled to establish important contacts with importers from different countries, which were shared with the companies that collaborated in the TAP project, through the transfer of excellent products and with enormous potential in foreign markets.

This project is promoted by NERVIR (Vila Real), AEBB (Beira Baixa), AIRV (Viseu), NERBA (Bragança), NERGA (Guarda) and aims to support companies that intend to internationalize their activity in the markets of Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Belgium.
