Aroma: high fineness of violet and bergamot notes combined with plum expressions with soft balsamic traces. Very elegant and refined, highlighting the authenticity of the grape variety.
Taste: velvety and intense, grand, with the presence of rich and silky tannins. With a complex and harmonious structure, it reveals a unique minerality combined with a long aftertaste.
SPECIFICATIONS
It should be served between 16ºC and 18ºC, with red meat dishes and strong cheese.
It is a wine that can be kept for more than 20 years.
